Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and individualized instruction to a caseload of 15 students in 7th and 8th grade.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate inclusive learning experiences.
- Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom atmosphere for all students.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility to obtain certification in Wisconsin).
- Experience working with middle school students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring.
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
