Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to 5th grade students with learning disabilities
- Develop, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure consistency in student support
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate multiple learning styles
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed records for each student
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure transparency and encourage partnership in student growth
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
