Special Education Teacher - Minneapolis, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (ABS, EBD, LD, or a related MN SPED endorsement)
- Experience working with high school students in alternative or blended learning environments is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Flexibility, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to creating inclusive learning environments
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction for students with diverse needs
- Support academic, social, and behavioral growth in a blended, onsite learning setting
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to best meet student goals
- Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a safe, encouraging space where each learner can thrive
