Qualifications:

- Positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and classroom management
Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure inclusive practices
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes regularly
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages academic, social, and emotional growth
- Adapt curriculum materials to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
