In this school-based travel role, you’ll be on-site at Park Terrace Elementary for partial days across a five-day work week. You’ll be a key support for the 2026/27 academic year, working from September 1, 2026, to June 4, 2027.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching license (other teaching licensures may be considered)
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Instruct and support special education students in a classroom setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and school teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture
