Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Special Education License with Early Childhood endorsement, or eligibility to obtain via reciprocity
- Experience supporting preschool-aged students preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of child development and early intervention
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills for effective family and team collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction and developmental interventions to preschoolers
- Create and maintain IEPs, monitor progress, and uphold compliance documentation
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to foster growth across all domains
- Participate in evaluations, eligibility, and IEP meetings
