Preferred Experience & Credentials:
- Valid Special Education (SPED) certification (dual certification not required)
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood and elementary populations
- Ability to create inclusive, engaging lesson plans and adapt curriculum as needed
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and a proactive, student-centered teaching style
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
