Requirements:

- Ability to manage a caseload of around 25 students, providing case management and tailored instruction
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following best practices in special education
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to 7th-8th graders with varying abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Provide case management for students, partnering with support staff and families
- Track academic and behavioral progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
