Qualifications:
- Certified Special Education Teacher with active CT licensure
- Demonstrated strong, school-based experience supporting students with special needs
- Able to work effectively in Pathways (multiple disabilities), KEY (Autism), and inclusion environments
- Open to working with K-12 students
- Must provide verifiable professional references
- Available for a Zoom interview
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and differentiated strategies tailored to student needs in both inclusive and specialized programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, families, and service providers
- Develop and implement IEPs, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction
