Qualifications & Skills:
- Current and active Pennsylvania teaching certification (must be submitted with your resume).
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher, especially with preschool-aged children, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, inclusion, and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Must possess reliable transportation for travel between multiple schools or learning locations.
- Ability to adapt quickly and build rapport with young children, families, and site staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, itinerant special education services to pre-school students at their designated locations.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to implement and monitor IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, develop progress reports, and maintain compliant documentation.
