You’ll work with either 2nd & 3rd graders or 1st & 2nd graders, focusing on resource support for ELA and Math. Responsibilities include delivering out-of-class resource instruction and offering valuable push-in support for students in inclusive ELA and Math settings.

- A valid DOE Certification (required)
- Proven classroom management expertise at the elementary level
- Experience implementing effective, evidence-based instructional practices
- A strong background in ELA and Math, delivering creative, targeted instruction
- Skill at collaborating with general education teachers and support staff
- Flexibility and compassion in addressing diverse learner needs
Your core duties will include:
- Providing ELA and Math instruction in a resource or co-teaching model
- Adapting lessons to individual education plans (IEPs) and student goals
- Tracking student progress and communicating effectively with families
- Creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Participating in planning, team meetings, and professional development
