Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, specialists, and families

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to diverse learners
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Create and maintain a safe, structured classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s unique needs
- Communicate regularly with families about student goals, progress, and areas for growth
