Key Qualifications:
- Current Connecticut certification in Special Education for Grades 7–12
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group instruction in a Resource Room setting
- Serve a caseload of approximately 10 students, ensuring each receives the support needed to thrive academically and socially
- Develop and implement effective IEPs for students with varied learning profiles
- Collaborate with fellow educators, counselors, and families to advocate for student success
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes
- Contribute to an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that empowers students
