- Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, and therapists to optimize student success
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet varying student abilities and goals
- Utilize data-driven interventions to track student progress and modify strategies as needed
- Foster an environment in which all students feel supported, respected, and encouraged to achieve their maximum potential
