Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school environment
- Ability to work with a diverse caseload, focusing on students with varying learning needs
- Strong collaborative skills for effective teamwork with fellow educators, support staff, and families
- Organized, compassionate, and flexible approach to unique classroom challenges

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with each student’s individualized plans
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere to empower all learners
- Assess academic and developmental needs, communicating progress with families and team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to adapt curriculum, set goals, and advocate for student success
- Utilize positive behavior support and evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
Position Details:
- Full-time, contract assignment (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
- School year runs August 31, 2026, to June 10, 2027
