Special Education Teacher in Osseo, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorders or developmental delays strongly preferred
- Ability to create individualized learning plans and adapt curriculum to student needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
- Strong problem-solving skills and a confident, compassionate approach to classroom management
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instruction for elementary-age students within the Ready, Set, Launch program
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust supports as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies and assistive technology as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
