Qualifications & Credentials:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Experience or strong interest in working within a Setting 4 program
- Ability to design and deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support plans
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with classroom staff, therapists, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized academic and behavioral interventions aligned with each student’s IEP
- Employ positive behavior support strategies in a highly structured classroom
- Track student progress and adapt instruction to maximize student achievement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and progress
- Develop professional relationships with students, families, and staff
