Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teacher Licensure for Colorado, or willingness to obtain Colorado licensure prior to start
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with students with varying disabilities preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with other educational professionals and parents
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths
- Deliver instruction using evidence-based strategies and accommodations
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Track student progress, maintaining accurate documentation and reports
- Facilitate a positive, inclusive classroom environment

- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and compliance activities
