- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction in accordance with IEPs and applicable district policies
- Develop, adapt, and deliver engaging lesson plans addressing each student's individual needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure students’ success within all learning environments
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed
- Foster a positive, supportive, and structured classroom atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and strategies for continued growth
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
