- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Comfort using basic office software and digital survey tools
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- No special licenses or certifications required
Your primary responsibilities:
- Oversee and process incoming Medi-Cal requests and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
- Monitor random time surveys from Medicaid, verify submissions with special education staff and district members
- Meet monthly with Medi-Cal representatives to ensure accurate timekeeping and adherence to procedure
- Provide support and assistance to staff, answering Medi-Cal process inquiries and guiding compliant submissions
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records related to all Medi-Cal activities
- Adapt processes as regulations update, working with school administration to implement any needed changes
This role starts in September after board approval and offers a consistent 40-hour work week, providing you with stability through the school year’s end.
