Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher credentials with active LBS1 endorsement (x2 required)
- Prior experience in special education preferred, especially with varied age groups (K–22)
- Ability to adapt to new settings and student needs with a positive, collaborative approach
- Strong knowledge of IEP process, compliance, and differentiation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for in-person interviews
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instruction and behavioral strategies in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to best support student growth
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and provide ongoing evaluation
- Participate in family meetings, team meetings, and professional development
- Support inclusion and positive classroom environments across multiple age ranges, as needed
