What You’ll Need:
- Valid Special Education certification (Birth–21 preferred, all considered)
- Previous experience as a Case Manager, IEP Coordinator, ARD Facilitator, or in a related support role preferred
- Familiarity with Embrace and Chicago Public Schools (CPS) IEP systems strongly preferred
- Superior organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling and leading IEP meetings for students
- Acting as liaison among families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Accurately managing all IEP documentation
- Maintaining comprehensive student records
- Monitoring special education processes for compliance
