Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid teaching license with Special Education certification
- Previous experience working with students who have learning, physical, or developmental differences is preferred
- Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with staff, students, and families
- Familiarity with differentiated instructional strategies and classroom technology

Responsibilities:
- Providing direct instruction and support for students according to their IEPs

- Assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports for meetings and compliance
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team—including other teachers, therapists, and administrators
- Communicating regularly with families to discuss progress, goals, and strategies for continued learning
- Participating in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
