- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working with K-2 students in a special education setting preferred

- Excellent classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a structured classroom
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for each student, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Employ evidence-based teaching methodologies to address academic, behavioral, and social goals
- Adapt curriculum and modify instructional materials to meet individual student needs
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with families and staff
- Promote positive student engagement, independence, and self-advocacy skills
- Create a safe, orderly, and nurturing classroom culture
