- Monitor and document student growth, updating IEPs and progress reports as needed
- Participate in eligibility, transition, and IEP meetings, offering informed input on student needs and progress
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal policies related to special education
- Advocate for students, supporting their academic, behavioral, and social development
