Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized and small-group instruction to students with varying disabilities
- Developing, updating, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and specialists
- Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports
- Participating in ARD meetings and parent-teacher conferences
- Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
