Key Qualifications:

- Ability to develop, implement, and track IEPs according to student needs
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction and adapt curriculum for high school students in the autism support classroom
- Implement evidence-based strategies to enhance social, behavioral, and academic growth
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, and communication logs
- Collaborate with other special education teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure student success
- Foster a safe, structured, and supportive environment for students on the autism spectrum
- Engage families as partners in the educational process, providing regular updates and support
