Soliant is seeking 3 full-time Special Education Case Managers to support a high school caseload near Philadelphia, PA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Special Education professional to provide direct student services while managing IEP responsibilities in a collaborative school environment.
Assignment Details
Positions: 3 Special Education Case Managers
Grade Level: High School
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: High School Special Education
Services: Direct student services and IEP case management
Pay Rate: $35-45/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities
- Manage assigned Special Education caseloads
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate student documentation and progress monitoring
- Support students in meeting academic, behavioral, and individualized goals
- Collaborate with general education staff to promote student success and inclusion
Required Qualifications
- Active Special Education Certification
- Ability to work with a high school Special Education caseload
- Experience with IEP development and case management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- EC–12 or K–12 Special Education Certification preferred
- Previous school-based Special Education experience
- Experience providing direct services and managing IEPs
