Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Arizona Secondary Teaching License
- Current K-12 Special Education Certificate
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience with emotional disabilities, behavioral and self-regulatory skill challenges
- Familiarity with at-risk, ELL, and exceptional student populations
- Understanding of federal, state, and district special services guidelines
- Willingness to participate in Essential Element of Effective Instruction (E.E.E.I.) training
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve in various settings: Inclusion/SUCCESS programs, life skills/transition (CBT), practical, and STRIVE autism/behavior classrooms
- Support students across multifaceted caseloads, fostering growth and engagement
- Develop and implement individualized education plans and compliant documentation
