Key Details:
- Hours: 35 per week, Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 3:30 pm)
- Caseload: Approximately 30 students, all with special education needs
- Itinerant assignment: Visit preschool locations throughout the local area to deliver services
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania certification in PK-4 and/or Special Education required
- Experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel to multiple locations within the community during the school day
- Commitment to individualized student support and a passion for inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with preschool staff and families to develop and implement individualized educational plans
- Deliver specialized instruction and interventions in community preschool settings
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust strategies as needed
