What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Texas Special Education (EC-12) certificate
- Classroom experience with special education students preferred
- Understanding of best practices in differentiated instruction and classroom management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively support students, staff, and families
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive, and student-focused environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ needs in alignment with IEPs
- Create an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, paraprofessionals, and support staff

- Partner with families and external support providers to optimize student learning
- Ensure all district and state requirements, including fingerprint clearance, are met prior to the start date
