Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Special Education License required
- Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Design engaging, differentiated instruction across a variety of classroom settings (resource, inclusion, self-contained, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed, documenting outcomes in line with school and district policies
- Engage with families and caregivers to enhance learning, share progress, and support student growth
