Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment for students of varying abilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Utilize data collection and reporting to track progress and guide instruction
- Participate in team meetings and communicate with families regarding student performance
