Key Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with middle or high school students preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and differentiating instruction within a self-contained classroom

- Passion for supporting diverse learners and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to a class of 10 students with varying needs
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on individual strengths and goals
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals in the classroom to maintain a positive and effective learning environment
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with IEPs and other documentation requirements
- Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement and well-being
