Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching license for Wisconsin
- Endorsement in elementary special education and behavior management strategies

Your Role:
- Teach and support students in two elementary autism programs, one early childhood position, and one high school intellectual disability program (multiple open roles)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs
- Promote classroom engagement and positive behavior using evidence-based methods
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver a comprehensive support system for students
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records in compliance with school policy and state/federal guidelines
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages growth and achievement
