Core Duties:
- Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students with diverse learning needs
- Create, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Adapt curriculum, materials, and activities to accommodate a variety of abilities
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes
- Promote positive student behavior and engagement in all classroom activities
