Position Details
- Location: Raynham MA area
- Position Type: Full time, long term sub, W2 contract
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, following school calendar and schedule
- Caseload: Will be assigned based on candidate preference, experience, and certification
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that support student success.
- Provide specialized instruction to students with a range of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic and social-emotional growth.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts DESE Special Education Teaching License
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
