- Assume the lead teacher role for a high school resource setting (8:30 am–4:00 pm), offering push-in support and academic seminar instruction
- Develop and adapt lesson plans according to each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate where every learner thrives
- Collaborate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure student success
