Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience teaching a broad range of grade levels, including Pre-K, Elementary (K–5), Middle School (6–8), and High School (9–12)
- Confidence in delivering instruction across core subjects, particularly Math
- Demonstrated ability to individualize curriculum and modify lessons for students with varied needs
- Strong classroom management skills and collaborative approach with school teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for advocacy and equity in education
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with regulations and student goals
- Deliver engaging Math and core subject instruction tailored to learning differences

- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff to coordinate services
- Maintain accurate records on student progress, communication, and compliance documentation
