Key Qualifications:
- Current GaPSC Teaching Certificate
- Both Special and General Education Endorsements for Pre-K age group

- Previous experience in special education or early childhood highly valued
- Effective communication skills and a patient, adaptable teaching style
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction and support tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Assist with toilet training, diapering, feeding, and basic care as appropriate
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for children at all developmental levels
- Collaborate with therapists, aides, families, and school staff to maximize student progress
- Adapt lesson plans and behavior support techniques for non-verbal or low-verbal learners
- Utilize behavior management skills and positive reinforcement strategies
