Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
- Create structured, engaging lesson plans in collaboration with general education staff and support professionals
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment
- Provide direct instruction, modify curriculum, and utilize behavioral management strategies specific to each student
- Track progress and maintain detailed records to assess growth and ensure ongoing communication with families and school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development throughout the school year
