Special Education Teacher 26/27 School Year
Soliant is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers for multiple full-time, school-based openings in the St. Louis, Missouri area for the 2026–2027 school year. Opportunities are available across elementary, middle, and high school settings serving students in grades K–12. We are looking for passionate educators committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct instruction and classroom support for students with varying learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet individual student needs.
Qualifications:
• Active Missouri Special Education Teaching Certification required.
• Soliant offers Licensing Assistance for qualified candidates.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Passion for supporting diverse learning needs.
