Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Minnesota Special Education License, Tier 3 or 4

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction and modifications for students per their IEPs
- Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and families to support student achievement
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records aligned with state and district guidelines
- Foster a classroom environment that emphasizes social, emotional, and academic growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, student progress discussions, and ongoing professional development
