Special Education Teacher | Saint Paul, Minnesota

What you’ll bring:
- Current MN teaching license issued by PELSB
- Special education licensure and experience delivering direct instruction
- Expertise with IEP development and monitoring due process compliance

What your day will include:
- Providing direct academic instruction and targeted interventions to elementary and middle grade students with varying exceptionalities
- Serving as case manager, tracking student progress, coordinating IEP meetings, and ensuring adherence to all regulations
- Documenting and maintaining student records in accordance with best practices and state requirements
- Working closely with general education staff and specialists to support inclusion and access to curriculum
- Communicating regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams to celebrate successes and address challenges
