Qualifications:
- Valid SPED Licensure OR
- General Education PELSB License T2-T4 with SPED experience (eligible to complete an out-of-field form)
- Experience or strong interest working with elementary students (K-6)
- Commitment to supporting students in a special education environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction and support to a small group of students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
- Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
