In this position, you’ll work with a dedicated group of 6-10 students in a Developmental Cognitive Disabilities/Autism Spectrum Disorder (DCD/ASD) Setting 3 classroom, located within a single school building. Make a tangible difference and grow as an educator, all while experiencing the rewarding benefits of travel teaching. The school year runs from August 31, 2026, to June 4, 2027, with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching license with Tier 3 or Tier 4 status
  • ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities) license endorsement required
  • Experience supporting students with developmental and cognitive disabilities or ASD preferred
  • Passion for inclusion, individualized learning, and family collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customized instruction for a classroom of 6-10 students with DCD/ASD
  • Develop and implement IEPs and participate in student progress evaluations
  • Collaborate with support staff and families to ensure holistic student development
