As an educator specializing in EBD or ASD settings, you'll join a dedicated K-5 program serving students in a Setting 3 cluster. With a manageable caseload of eight students and the support of three paraprofessionals, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on every child you serve while enhancing your leadership and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minnesota teaching license, Tier 3 or Tier 4 required
  • Endorsement in ASD or DCD required (ABS accepted, but ASD/EBD preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with EBD Setting 3 clusters
  • Strong skills in individualized instruction, classroom management, and staff coordination
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized education programs (IEP) for K-5 students
  • Lead a classroom of students with ASD/DCD, assisting with academic and behavioral goals
  • Supervise and collaborate with paraprofessionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Foster communication among families, staff, and related service providers
