Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students on your caseload, supporting their academic and social-emotional growth
- Implement and monitor IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure student success
- Employ data-driven strategies to track student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that values diversity and inclusion
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
