Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active CTC licensure with a Mild/Moderate Special Education credential (required)
- Prior experience working in special education, particularly within a school environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiasm for differentiated instruction and individualized education planning
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Provide targeted instruction and interventions in both small group and individual settings
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, school staff, and families to ensure program effectiveness
- Monitor and document student progress, making necessary instructional adjustments
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
