Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct instruction and adapted curriculum, both in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Track and evaluate student progress, maintaining detailed documentation
- Utilize evidence-based classroom strategies and accommodations to support learner success
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
- Advocate effectively for student needs, including behavioral and social-emotional supports
